Expert Verdict

The SONOFF Hydro One (SWV-ZFE) is a capable Zigbee 3.0 smart water valve featuring a built-in flow meter and brass water inlet for durable irrigation control. It offers precise volume-based and duration-based watering automation, though users should note that battery percentage reporting is unreliable and firmware updates require fresh batteries to avoid failure.

Best For

Homeowners looking for automated irrigation control via Zigbee who are comfortable managing firmware updates and battery maintenance.
