Expert Verdict

The Maono PD100X is a versatile dynamic microphone featuring dual USB/XLR connectivity and 24-bit/48kHz digital sampling. While it offers a convenient entry point for streamers with its Maono Link software and onboard DSP, the USB audio quality is notably inferior to its XLR performance, and the capacitive mute button is prone to accidental activation.

Best For

Ideal for entry-level streamers needing a hybrid USB/XLR mic; avoid if you prioritize high-fidelity USB audio or physical tactile controls.
