Buying guide: Retro Gaming

Expert Verdict

The Miyoo Mini Flip is a highly portable, clamshell-style retro handheld featuring a crisp 2.8-inch IPS display and a sturdy, multi-position hinge. While the stock firmware is basic, the device excels when paired with custom firmware like OnionOS or MinUI, which significantly improves the user experience for classic emulation.

Best For

Ideal for retro gaming enthusiasts who prioritize extreme portability and a clamshell form factor; avoid if you require long battery life or native headphone support.
