Expert Verdict

The Skyloong GK104 Pro is a feature-dense mechanical keyboard distinguished by its integrated 2-inch LCD screen, dedicated calculator display, and triple-knob control system. While it offers a highly dampened typing experience via a gasket-mounted structure and extensive sound-absorbing foams, its excessive feature set—including a built-in speaker—may prioritize novelty over core performance for some users.

Best For

Enthusiasts who prioritize unique aesthetic features and hardware-based customization over a minimalist design.

Pros

+Triple-knob layout provides dedicated hardware controls for volume, lighting, and zoom functions.“you have knob one for zooming in and out, knob two for backlight brightness... third one acts like a regular knob”youtube.com
+Gasket-mounted structure with multiple foam layers significantly reduces hollow acoustic resonance.“top gasket silicone structure with many dampening materials to create a softer typing experience”youtube.com
+Integrated 2-inch LCD screen and secondary calculator display offer advanced onboard monitoring.“got a 2 LCD screen, dedicated integrated calculator with a second display”kitguru.net

Cons

−The inclusion of a built-in speaker for sound effects adds unnecessary complexity and bulk.“Why have a built in speaker!?”kitguru.net
−High volume of non-essential features may detract from the core typing and gaming experience.“With so much on offer, though, can it still deliver a great core typing”kitguru.net
