Buying guide: Computer Peripherals
Moondrop ECHO-A is a portable USB-C DAC/AMP with a 3.5mm single-ended output and 'high-resolution' decoding. It suits listeners who want improved phone/PC headphone fidelity via an external DAC and amp, but lacks balanced outputs and requires a USB-C host/OTG support, making it a straightforward but unambitious dongle in the portable DAC category.
For mobile or laptop users wanting a simple portable USB-C DAC/AMP to improve headphone sound; avoid if you need balanced outputs or advanced features.
