Buying guide: Computer Components
Featuring a PCIe 4.0 interface and read speeds up to 7,400 MB/s, the KingSpec XG7000 is a highly competitive drive in the budget NVMe SSD tier. While its DRAM-less HMB architecture and QLC NAND configuration in higher capacities present sustained write-speed tradeoffs, it delivers top-tier loading performance for PC and console gamers.
Ideal for PS5 and PC gamers seeking fast, budget-friendly storage expansion.
But content creators handling sustained massive writes should avoid it.
