Buying guide: Gaming Controllers
The VOL20 is a Bluetooth/USB-C volume knob with RGB lighting and an aluminum rotary potentiometer; it offers tactile, wired or wireless volume control plus media buttons and long battery life, but Bluetooth reliability, latency, and limited control with some USB‑DACs reduce its usefulness for shared/critical setups. For a gaming/desktop controller category: good feature set for desktop/audio hobbyists, mediocre if you need rock-solid Bluetooth or native analog attenuation.
Buy if you want a tactile aluminum desktop volume knob with RGB and USB‑wired fallback; avoid if you need flawless Bluetooth reliability or native analog attenuation for DACs.
