Buying guide: Gaming Controllers

Expert Verdict

The GameSir Tarantula Pro is a highly versatile controller featuring TMR (Tunnelling Magnetoresistance) joysticks for drift-free precision and a unique mechanical gear system that physically rotates face buttons for platform-specific layouts. While it offers excellent battery life and customizable trigger modes, it is held back by a cumbersome software experience that mandates mobile app connectivity for basic PC configuration.

Best For

Gamers who frequently switch between PC, Switch, and mobile platforms and prioritize drift-free TMR sticks; avoid if you require deep, desktop-based software customization.
