“KZ Castor (and Castor Pro) use stacked dual dynamic drivers plus a 4‑switch tuning system to target a Harman-like response while offering stronger bass and adjustable mid/high emphasis; reviewers praise its bass control, separation, and tunability but warn of recessed vocals, occasionally forward/harsh treble, and only subtle per‑switch changes. In category context: a feature‑rich Chi‑Fi IEM that leans bass-forward and tunable rather than ultra-analytical.”
